About ParkShare
ParkShare connects free parking capacity with drivers who need it right now. It opens up revenue for building, garage and hotel operators from spaces that would otherwise sit empty. The app handles booking and payment, and operators set availability themselves.
Why we started ParkShare
Free parking in Prague isn’t spread evenly. An office garage empties just as demand in the area rises – and vice versa. ParkShare opens up those hours to drivers who are looking for a space, without the operator losing its regular tenants.
Who’s behind ParkShare
ParkShare wasn’t born in an incubator. Behind it are a father and son, Petr and Vojtěch Šimák – a family building companies in automotive, technology and real estate under the umbrella of the Colegium Holding group.

“Parking is a continuation of what we’ve been doing for a long time: finding untapped potential and putting it to work.”
Vojtěch Šimák
Business background
ParkShare’s founders built the Colegium Holding group, which operates in automotive, technology and real estate. So the project is backed by people with real operational experience – not a one-off idea.
We understand how buildings run
The platform is operated by PARAISO Reality s.r.o. The founders work with both commercial and residential property, so we know how a building is run and what its manager can afford to do.
You control the capacity
